PillarSite Strategies was founded with a straightforward premise: the data center site selection process produces too many deals built on infrastructure assumptions that were never independently confirmed.

Our Principal, Brian Galvin, brings over 20 years of real estate and infrastructure experience, with the last five focused exclusively on data center site origination — including prior roles at Rowan Digital Infrastructure and Vantage Data Centers. That background means PillarSite's methodology isn't theoretical. It was built from what actually determines whether a site performs or fails after capital commits.

From power interconnection timelines to entitlement exposure, zoning risk to community engagement conditions, we've worked through the variables that don't appear in marketing materials and don't surface until diligence is already underway. Our job is to move that reckoning earlier — to the point where it still changes the decision.

PillarSite is an independent firm. We have no development pipeline, no brokerage relationships, and no interest in whether a site transacts. Our value to clients depends entirely on the accuracy of what we tell them.
